Trilotherapy

Tired of the negative self-talk in your head? So was I — before I met this method. Trilotherapy brings order: who's talking, who's feeling, and who is supposed to lead.
Trilotherapy ("trilo" = three) is a guidance method developed by Nissim Amon — an Israeli Zen master who spent years training in monasteries in the East — and it's a meeting point of Western psychology, Zen Buddhism and Taoist wisdom.
According to the method, three figures operate inside us: the Head — logic, "what I should do"; the Heart — emotion, "what I feel like doing"; and the Middle — the "owner of the house," the true self who hears the thoughts and feels the emotions. Most of our suffering is born in the gap and tension between the Head and the Heart — and the way out is inner mediation, and waking the owner of the house to lead.
This is what I went through myself with Nissim Amon, my teacher — and this is what I pass on. The journey's purpose: to climb down the ladder of suffering, meet the Head and the Heart as two beings with voices of their own, take hold of the reins — and lead life from the Middle, instead of being led forever by our capricious Head or Heart.
In a structured conversation, each figure gets the stage separately — what troubles the Head, what hurts the Heart
We identify the gap between "should" and "feel like" and bring the two back to teamwork
Strengthening the true self — the inner parent who leads the inner trio with compassion and clarity
This is focused, practical guidance: you leave every session with a new understanding and tools for self-work — meditation, recognizing the critical "raven of thoughts," and practicing inner listening.
It's a meeting between two people, and there is conversation — but not only. We sit close to the floor, on a futon with cushions, and always begin with meditation and relaxation. There's a tissue box, because we touch old wounds that never healed — but instead of treading water in them for years, we empty the storerooms of pain and receive tools for a new, happier way of living.
The big difference from regular therapy: instead of talking about the Head — we talk with the Head. Instead of talking about the Heart — we talk with the Heart. And part of every session is a "lesson": you learn something new about yourself that becomes, as you learn it, a self-healing tool you take home.
A session lasts about an hour and a half, with no false hierarchy of an "all-knowing therapist," and no forced distance rules. Everything happens in motion: sometimes we step out to the sea mid-session, walk with eyes closed, read a line of Lao Tzu or a Zen poem — and sometimes we just sit quietly and look into each other's eyes.
And when the inner child rises — they receive a hug, holding, presence. A journey for the brave: from a less conscious, suffering-filled life to what I love to call "the underground of happy people."
"True healing happens only when the healer and the healed, the teacher and the student, sit down to meditate — and become one."
— Osho
For anyone feeling "stuck" between what they should do and what they want: recurring dilemmas, relentless self-criticism, conflicts in relationships and at work, and a sense that there's no quiet inside.
It's exactly where the two meet: a clear psychological structure (the three figures) with the depth of Eastern wisdom — meditation, presence, acceptance. And no unnecessary jargon.
Trilotherapy is considered focused and efficient — a new inner order is felt within the first sessions. Real depth is built over a series, at a pace we set together.
Trilotherapy maps this moment — who's speaking inside me right now. Human Design gives the fixed map — how I'm built. And the breath opens what words can't reach. See the combined journey →
