We see accessibility as an inseparable part of Pirotherapy's values: understanding, acceptance and equality. We work to make this site and our service accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and its accessibility regulations.
Site Accessibility
The site was built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines (per Israeli Standard 5568), including:
- Semantic HTML structure and hierarchical headings, supporting screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to main content" link and visible focus indication.
- Color contrast that meets the requirements between text and background.
- Alternative text (alt) for graphics and labels (aria-label) for interface elements.
- A responsive layout supporting text enlargement and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
- Respect for the "reduce motion" preference (prefers-reduced-motion) — animations turn off automatically for users who request it.
- Readable fonts and comfortable text sizes.
Known Limitations
- The booking system runs on an external site (Cal.com), whose accessibility is its operators' responsibility.
- Social links (Facebook, WhatsApp) lead to external platforms.

- Personal sessions can also take place over Zoom or phone — for anyone for whom physical arrival is a challenge.
- You're welcome to contact us in advance to arrange personal accommodations for a session — we'll do our best to meet them.
- Details about the physical accessibility of the session space are gladly provided by phone before booking.
