Method 01 · The Flagship Tool

Circular Breathing
· Rebirthing

The most powerful tool I know for emotional expression and for opening body-mind blockages — and in my version, it meets acupressure on the body's energy centers.

What Is It?

Circular breathing is conscious breathing with no pause between inhale and exhale — a continuous "circle" of breath. The therapeutic approach built around it is called Rebirthing, developed in the 1970s.

The logic is simple: emotions that never got expressed don't disappear — they're stored in the body as blockages. Deep, fast-paced breathing floods the body with oxygen, brings emotion up to the surface, softens the defenses, and lets what was repressed finally rise, be felt — and release. After the release comes deep calm, lightness and clarity.

My Twist: Acupressure

In my method, while you breathe I add focused pressure on energy centers in the body. The pressure helps a blockage open exactly when the breath floods it — a combination that deepens and accelerates the release in a way you have to feel to understand.

Who It's For

When Breathwork Helps

Emotional Release

Ongoing anxiety and tension, being unable to cry, feeling emotionally "stuck," difficulty expressing anger or sadness — the breath gives it a way out.

Body & Sleep

Chronic tension in the body, sleep difficulties, fatigue that won't pass. Releasing the blockages deeply calms the nervous system.

Connection & Clarity

After several sessions, people report a stronger connection to their natural energy, clearer decisions, and a feeling of "coming home."

How It Actually Looks

A Session's Structure

1

Opening Conversation

What's alive for you right now, what we want to meet in the session, and preparing for the breath

~25 min
2

The Breathing Session

Deep, fast-paced breathing that floods the body with oxygen and brings emotion to the surface — with music and acupressure on the energy centers

~65 min
3

Integration

A soft landing, a conversation about what came up, and a practice to continue at home

~30 min

A full session is 120 minutes, at "The Inquiry Space" (Hadera–Zichron Yaakov area) or on Zoom with close guidance. Comfortable clothes — that's all the equipment you need.

Important to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a session feel like?

Everyone experiences it differently: tingling in the hands, waves of warmth, emotions rising strongly — laughter, tears, anger. It's all a natural part of the process, and I'm there the whole way holding the space. At the end, deep and pleasant calm almost always arrives.

Who is this NOT suitable for?

Circular breathing is not suitable during pregnancy, for people taking psychiatric medication, for those diagnosed with epilepsy, glaucoma, cardiovascular conditions or unbalanced high blood pressure, or in acute mental health crises. Before a first session we go through a short health questionnaire together — that's a condition of mine.

How many sessions do I need?

Even a single session can be meaningful, but real process usually happens over a series of sessions — the body learns to release more each time. On the intro call we'll set a pace and path together.

What's the difference between circular breathing and rebirthing?

In practice the terms are nearly interchangeable: "circular breathing" names the technique — continuous breath with no pauses; "rebirthing" names the therapeutic approach built around it.

Does this replace psychotherapy?

No. This is a supportive personal-development process, not medical or mental-health treatment, and not a substitute for it. If you're in existing treatment — I'm happy to work alongside it, in coordination.
