Trilotherapy"I have to finish this today." — "But I feel like going to the beach." — Sound familiar? That's not you against yourself. Those are two tenants living inside you. And there's a third.
Trilotherapy — a method developed by Nissim Amon, an Israeli Zen master who trained for years in monasteries in the East — identifies three figures operating in each of us:
According to the method, most of our discomfort doesn't come from outside — it's born in the gap and tension between the Head and the Heart. When the Head demands and the Heart refuses, when the Heart wants and the Head forbids — we get torn in the middle. The relentless "raven of thoughts" — that critical inner voice — is just a symptom of this war.
In Trilotherapy guidance, each figure gets the stage separately: we hear what troubles the Head, what hurts the Heart — and then perform inner mediation, bringing the two back to teamwork. And in parallel, most importantly: we wake the owner of the house. When the true self wakes up and takes the lead, the Head and the Heart calm down — like children whose parent finally came home.
In my practice it's focused and hands-on: you leave every session with a new understanding and tools to practice at home.
