When I first ran into Human Design, my reaction was: "what is this nonsense?" Today I teach it. What happened in between? It worked.

Not Vague Spirituality

Let's get this off the table: Human Design is not a moral doctrine and not a cosmic promise. As I like to say — it's a mechanical information system. A practical operating manual for your body and your energy. Don't believe it? Excellent. Neither did I. We experiment and test.

How It Works

From your birth details — date, exact time and place — a personal map called the Bodygraph is calculated. The map weaves ancient wisdoms (the I Ching, astrology, the chakras, Kabbalah) into a modern language, and reveals three practical things:

• Your type — what kind of energy engine you are (Generator, Projector, Manifestor or Reflector).
• Your strategy — how it's correct for you to act in the world: respond? wait for the invitation? inform and then act?
• Your inner authority — how it's correct for you, specifically, to make decisions. Not how one "should" — how is right for you.

Why It Changed My Life

Because most of our lives we try to run on someone else's operating manual. A Generator trying to initiate like a Manifestor will burn out. A Projector chasing instead of being invited will keep hitting walls. When I understood my own mechanics — an order I'd never met settled in.
